Returns Policy

We want you to have a positive and satisfying experience with your temporary tattoos from Fake Tattoos. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy to understand our guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom and personalized temporary tattoos are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at sales@faketattoos.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. A return authorization may be required for processing your return.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item's safe arrival.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
